Sales
Job description
1. Handle online deals and attend to customer's inquiries
2. Send emails and make outbound calls to follow up on customer's responses regarding the marketing campaigns and
identify customers' business needs / requirements. Compile & submit customer's business needs / requirements to the sales team as per team leader's instructions to finish sales targets.
3. Work & follow up closely with Sales team on various products in order to satisfy customer's requirements
4. Collect, report and achieve marketing information and customers
Required
Junior college or Bachelor's Degree
English: Intermediate
Additional information
1. University qualification or equivalent
2. 2 years & above experiences in sales, IT and designbackground is preferred
3. Good in English (both writing and speaking)
4. Able to work independently, hardworking, and self-motivated

Assistant Manager
Job description:
1. Ensure that order are run in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
2. Review customer order requests and ensure correct replies are sent in a timely manner.
3. Discuss via email and telephone with international clients
Required
1. Must be fluent English – written and spoken
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong sense of customer service oriented
4. Attention to details.
5. Good general office computer skills
