Shipping & Delivery

Shipping for online seller:

On the item's product information page, click the Add to Cart button. You will be then redirected to your Shopping Cart page.

View the total shipping costs for the items in your cart under Estimate Shipping Costs at the bottom of the page.

Choose the country you want your order delivered to from the Ship-To list for a more accurate calculation of shipping costs.

You can also access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart at the top of every page.

For Dropshippers:

If you are dropshipping an order to your customer,please make sure the shipping address for your order is the same shipping address used for your Paypal payment. If the shipping address you used is diffeent from your then there will be delays in confirming your payment.

Shipping Fee:

If products come with 'free shipping',you do not need to pay for shippping cost. For products without'free shipping', you need to use the online system to find out the shipping charge for your order.

Courier:

We are regret that only authorized couriers services can be used by us for shipping. We only use trustful couriers services such as DHL,TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS and other ground services.

Expedited Shipping:

This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3-5 working days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 5-10 working days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.

Air Mail/Ground Service: For some items,there is an option to ship your order by Air Mail.If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail it will automatically appear as an option when you checkout. Delivery times are between 15-20 working days for all major destinations. Although the deliveyr time is much longer,shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen.

Insurance:

Shipping with couriers is insured and can be tracked online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery any time.

When you checkout your order,you can add Shipping Insurance to your order for only $2.99. We offer Shipping Insurance for the total of $2.99 to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. If a missing issue arises,we will reship your order immediately.

Delivery:

Total Delivery time=Processing time+Packageing time+Shipping time

Processing time: Minimum 1-2 business days. We don't process your order on Saturday and Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1-2 days for weekend orders. Packageing time: Minimum1-2 business days.

Shipping time: Minimum 3-5 working days(with expedited shipping)

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will received an email from us. There should be your shipping tracking information for your packages. You can also find the same info in your 'Essencetek.com' a account.

Who is responsible for product damage or loss during the shipping?

We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package, in case of lost or damage problems.Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately. If the order is not cover by the insurance,your money will be on held until the report and possible compensation made by the courier.You can add shippping insuracne when you checkout your order.
